Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credits may be required for certain actions. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Credit expiration rules are shown at purchase or in your account. Some promotional or subscription credits may expire.

User Content and Output

Your Content

Output Ownership

As between you and MusicMake, you own the audio and other outputs you generate using the Service, to the extent permitted by law. This does not grant you rights to third-party content used in your inputs.

Because the Service uses AI, outputs may be similar to content created by other users. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Public Sharing

If you choose to publish or share your creations, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote them as part of the Service.

Certificates

Any copyright or commercial certificate provided by the Service is informational and is not a government registration or legal advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates laws or third-party rights
• Submit content you do not have rights to use
• Use the Service to create or distribute malware, abusive content, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
