MusicMake.ai ("MusicMake.ai", "we", "us") provides AI music generation, lyrics, audio processing, downloads, subscriptions, credit packs, certificates, and related support services (together, the "Service").

When Your Content May Be Visible

Most creations remain associated with your account. If you choose to make a work public or share it, that work and related metadata may become visible to other users or the public gallery. Please do not upload material you are not allowed to share.

Contract: to provide the Service you asked us to provide;

Third Parties We Work With

We use third parties to operate parts of the Service. Depending on your actions and our configuration, these may include:

Better Auth, Google, and GitHub for account authentication and sign-in flows;
Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, subscriptions, billing portals, and refunds;
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, Umami, and Vercel Analytics for analytics, conversion measurement, and product improvement;
cloud hosting, storage, CDN, email delivery, AI model, and audio-processing providers that help us run the Service.
