The terms and conditions governing the use of our services
2025/03/10
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MusicMake.ai and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
The Service provides AI music generation, lyrics tools, audio processing, and related features. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including prompts, lyrics, and uploads. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your content to provide and improve the Service.
As between you and MusicMake, you own the audio and other outputs you generate using the Service, to the extent permitted by law. This does not grant you rights to third-party content used in your inputs.
Because the Service uses AI, outputs may be similar to content created by other users. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
If you choose to publish or share your creations, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote them as part of the Service.
Any copyright or commercial certificate provided by the Service is informational and is not a government registration or legal advice.
You agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
The Service may integrate with third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or non-infringing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content or use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MusicMake is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us.
