Refunds may be approved if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Less than 50% of the credits or usage granted for that purchase have been consumed.
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms or policies.
- You have not previously received a refund for the same type of plan.
For unlimited subscription plans where usage is not measured by credits:
- Refund eligibility is based on the number of generations completed.
- Refunds may be approved if the total number of generations is under 50 within the 7-day period.
- If you have completed 50 or more generations, the service is considered substantially used and refunds will not be available.
- All other refund conditions above still apply.
For one-time credit pack purchases:
- Refunds may be approved if less than 50% of the purchased credits have been used.
- Credits that have been used, transferred, or applied to generations cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Subscription renewal charges (refunds only apply to the initial purchase, unless required by law).
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) — their refund policies apply.
- Accounts that have been terminated or suspended for policy violations.
- Cases where the user has already received a refund for the same plan type within the past 12 months.
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, as the service remains available for the full billing period.
- To avoid unwanted renewals, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Please note that we may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
