Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to MusicMake.ai, operated by SeekOrigin LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It explains what content you may not create, upload, publish, or request through our AI music generation, AI image generation, lyrics tools, uploads, sharing features, and related services (together, the "Service").

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the stricter rule applies. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy.

Scope

This policy covers all user inputs and outputs, including:

• text prompts, lyrics, titles, tags, and style descriptions;
• reference images, audio uploads, and other user-provided media;
• AI-generated music, images, videos, and derivative works;
• public posts, comments, profiles, playlists, and shared works.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, publish, distribute, or promote content in the categories below. Each category is listed separately and must be treated as a hard prohibition.

1. Pornography / NSFW Sexual Content

Sexually explicit material, pornography, erotic content intended to arouse, explicit nudity intended for sexual gratification, or other adult sexual content that is not allowed on the Service.

2. Violence / Graphic Gore

Graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or other content that depicts extreme physical harm in a gratuitous or glorifying way.

3. Hate Speech

Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites violence or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.

4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Exploitation

Any sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation. We report apparent CSAM to appropriate authorities and law-enforcement channels where required by law.

5. Deepfakes / Impersonation

Synthetic media or generated content that:

• falsely depicts a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do;
• impersonates a real individual, public figure, brand representative, or organization without clear authorization;
• is intended to mislead others about identity, endorsement, or source.

Parody and clearly labeled fictional characters are allowed only when they do not mislead reasonable viewers about a real person's identity or statements.

6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement

Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights, including but not limited to:

• generating outputs that copy or closely imitate copyrighted songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork, logos, or brand assets without permission;
• using third-party names, logos, characters, or trade dress in a way that is likely to cause confusion;
• uploading or referencing material you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for obtaining all permissions needed for your inputs and outputs.

Additional Prohibited Uses

You also may not use the Service to:

• commit fraud, phishing, scams, or payment abuse;
• spread malware, spam, or abusive harassment;
• bypass safety controls, rate limits, credit systems, or access restrictions;
• use the Service for unlawful surveillance, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

Content Moderation

We use a layered moderation approach designed for AI-generated music and images:

1. Pre-generation prompt screening. Before image or music generation begins, user prompts and related text inputs are screened through automated safety checks, including Waffo Prompt Sift where enabled.
2. Provider and model safeguards. Generation requests are routed through upstream AI providers that apply their own policy filters and abuse controls.
3. Post-generation review. Publicly visible works, reported content, and high-risk submissions may be reviewed automatically or by our team before or after publication.
4. Ongoing enforcement. We maintain internal blocklists, policy rules, and audit logs for moderation decisions and may update these controls as risks evolve.

If a request is blocked or placed under review, generation will not proceed until the review outcome allows it.

Reporting Violations

If you see content on MusicMake.ai that violates this policy, report it to us using any of the following channels:

Please include:

• the URL or work ID;
• a short description of the issue;
• screenshots or other evidence, if available;
• your contact email, if you want a response.

We review good-faith reports and typically respond within a few business days. Urgent child-safety reports receive priority handling.

Enforcement

If we believe you violated this AUP or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• block or reject a generation request;
• remove or hide content;
• revoke public visibility;
• suspend or limit features;
• freeze, forfeit, or refuse credits associated with abusive use;
• terminate your account;
• report illegal content to authorities where required.

We may act immediately for severe violations, especially CSAM, credible threats, or fraud.

Appeals

If you believe we made a moderation mistake, contact support@musicmake.ai with:

• your account email;
• the blocked prompt, work ID, or report reference;
• why you believe the content complies with this policy.

We will review appeals in good faith, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.

AI Model Disclosure

MusicMake.ai provides AI-assisted music and image generation using industry-standard models and providers. Depending on the feature you use, generation may be powered by models such as Suno-family music models, Flux, Seedream, Nano Banana / Gemini image models, GPT image models, and other supported providers shown in the product interface or pricing pages.

Model availability may change over time. We disclose the applicable model in the generation UI or product documentation where users select or trigger generation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
